HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital and Prevea Health offer a free, monthly diabetes information group featuring a series of presentations about how to live healthfully with diabetes. This month, the public is invited to a free, open forum about living with diabetes. 

HSHS St. Clare Regional Surgery Center is pleased to now offer monthly Lunch-and-Learn events to provide awareness and education about various health topics.

A Walk to Remember, a pregnancy and infant loss awareness walk hosted by Share of Northeast Wisconsin, will take place Saturday, Oct. 15 at 10 a.m. at the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary.

This month, the public is invited to a free informational program about living with diabetes and interpreting your lab results. 

The Auxiliary of HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital is seeking volunteers to staff the hospital’s new Welcome Center, which is set for completion later this fall. Construction of the Welcome Center begins September 6, but training for volunteers will be provided prior to the Welcome Center’s opening.

The HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital Golf Classic will be held at River Island Golf Course, 100 River Island Drive in Oconto Falls on Saturday, Sept. 17.

Health centers in Gillett, Mountain, Oconto Falls, Lena, Oconto, Marinette and Suring are accepting appointments for sports physical examinations for athletes wanting to participate in a Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) sport.
